·        Distinguished Service Awards

o       Nominations must be submitted to State Awards Chairperson no later than February 1, 2009.

o       Must be submitted using the forms on the www.nascoe.org website.

o       There are three categories for nomination:

·        Service to NASCOE

·        Service To FSA-Agriculture

·        Community Service

o       State Chairs must have selections made and nominations submitted to Area Awards Chairperson no later than February 20, 2009

·        Extra Mile Awards

o       Nominations can be submitted to State Awards Chairperson at any time during the year.

o       Must be submitted using the forms on the www.nascoe.org website.

o       Forward nominations for the Extra Mile Awards to the Area Chairs and then they will be forwarded to the National Chair where certificates will be produced.

·        Special Extra Mile Awards

o       Nominations can be submitted to State Awards Chairperson at any time during the year.

o       These awards are for our Service Men and Women

o       Must be submitted using the forms on the www.nascoe.org website.

·        Click on Special Extra Mile Award

o       Forward nominations for the Special Extra Mile Awards to the Area Chairs and then they will be forwarded to the National Chair where certificates will be produced

·        Professional Improvement Awards

o       Nominations can be submitted to State Awards Chairperson at any time during the year.

o       Must be submitted using the forms on the www.nascoe.org website.

o       Professional Improvement Awards are State ran awards, so they do not have to be submitted o the Area Chair.

·        Sick Leave Awards

o       Nominations can be submitted to State Awards Chairperson at any time during the year.

o      Leave levels are 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 hours of sick leave.
